Do to unforseen circumstances, we had decided to sell our condo. Steve and I had never sold a home and were absolute rookies when it came to doing so. A few of our good friends had used Murray as a realtor and recommended him highly, so we made a call and set up a meeting. We didn't know what we were looking for, only where we wanted to look.
